Women’s WarGames Match Confirmed For WWE Survivor Series

The first WarGames match in WWE main roster history has been made official.

The first WarGames match in WWE main roster history has been made official.

After weeks of turmoil between the two sides, it was confirmed  on the November 7 edition of WWE Raw that Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair will team up with Alexa Bliss and Asuka to take on Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, & IYO SKY) and Nikki Cross in a WarGames match at the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view later this month. The match will feature teams of five, so the lineup isn’t complete yet.

On Monday, Belair challenged Damage CTRL to the match, and the group, alongside Cross, got the better of the champion, Bliss, and Asuka in a brawl. Cross won the WWE 24/7 Championship later in the show and solidifed her alliance with Damage CTRL.

The historic match will mark the first time that Bliss, Asuka, Bayley, and Cross have competed in a WarGames match. Kai and SKY competed in the stipulation match during their time in NXT.

Fightful will continue to monior the situation and provide more information as it becomes available.
