Santos Escobar shared an emotional moment with his father at a WWE live event over the weekend.
Escobar, the son of El Fantasma, was recently called up to WWE SmackDown. Along with his stable, Legado del Fantasma, debuted on the October 7 episode of the show. The stable attacked Hit Row (Ashante “Thee” Adonis, Top Dolla, and B-Fab.) Since then, the former NXT Cruiserweight Champion and his faction have been featured on the blue brand.
On October 30, WWE held a live event in Mexico City. There, before his match, Escobar took his entrance mask off and gave it to his father. They then embraced, and Fantasma held his son’s arm up in a special moment.

The same show opened with a 10-bell salute in memory of the late Humberto Garza, the legendary wrestler and grandfather of WWE stars Angel and Humberto.
Escobar has previously honored his father by competing as El Hijo Del Fantasma.
