NJPW STRONG Openweight Title Bout Official For NJPW Rumble On 44th Street
Fred Rosser has an opponent.
Coming off a victory over Crowbar at NJPW The Night Before Rumble on 44th Street, NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Fred Rosser was challenged by Jonathan Gresham to a title match at NJPW Rumble on 44th Street.
The champion accepted the bout, and the match was made official for October 28.

Rosser won the NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship from Tom Lawlor on the June 26 episode of NJPW STRONG. He’s made four successful defenses of the title. Gresham is a former ROH and PROGRESS World Champion.
