Raw Viewership For May 1st Payback Fallout Show Plummets To Lowest Of 2017
Last night's episode of Monday Night RAW, which featured the fallout from Payback, as well as Triple Threat main event for the #1 Contendership to the Interconintental Title, drew an abysmally low 2.87 million viewers, according to Show Buzz Daily. This is down from the 3.007 million viewers that watched last week's Payback go-home episode and is the lowest number of the year.
For this week's show, the first hour drew 2.924 million viewers, the second hour drew 3.039 million viewers and the final hour dropped all the way down to 2.649 million viewers. Neither Roman Reigns nor Braun Strowman appeared on the show.
Even with the low viewership number, RAW came in at #3 on cable for the night, behind two NBA Playoff games. RAW came in at #4 in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic, behind the two NBA games and Love & Hip-Hop on VH1.
The previous low number was the 2.907 million that watched the January 9th episode, which was programmed opposite the NCAA College Football Championship Game.
