PCO expresses his excitement about potentially facing ROH World Champion Chris Jericho.

Jericho has made it clear that he is determined to destroy ROH’s legacy and beat its best champions of the past. He beat Bandido to retain the gold on the September 28 episode of AEW Dynamite, and a long list of possible opponents remains. From talent in AEW, like Samoa Joe and Adam Cole, to stars that compete elsewhere, such as PCO and Davey Richards, fans continue to speculate about future opponents for Jericho.

Speaking on the Shining Wizards Wrestling Podcast, PCO was asked about potentially challenging Jericho for the ROH World Championship.

“Now we got Frankie Kazarian with us in IMPACT. We had Juice Robinson. We’ve been doing cross promotions with them, so that’d be awesome, PCO versus Chris Jericho. Sometimes, IMPACT [has to] have the last word. It can’t always be AEW having the last word in everything [laughs],” PCO said.

ROH’s legacy lives on in IMPACT through the Honor No More faction, which features PCO, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Vincent, Maria Kanellis, Eddie Edwards, and Kenny King. The group is full of distinct characters, PCO noted that he always knew they would be able to work together because the ROH roster was a tight-knit group.

“I thought that, coming from Ring of Honor, we all had a good solid bond between each other. So I think that’s why I thought it could work because I really get along although everyone at Ring of Honor. It was a very solid, tight group over there. We had fun, we had a good dressing room, we had a good chemistry between the guys, and it was a good atmosphere. It was really cool to be part of Ring of Honor, so I had no doubt that I could get all these people, Maria, Bennett, Taven, Vinny, and Eddie afterwards,” PCO said.

PCO will compete in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match at IMPACT Bound For Glory. More information is available here. Meanwhile, Jericho is set to defend the ROH World Championship on the October 12 episode of AEW Dynamite.
