Match Card.

– Pub Rules Match: Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs vs. Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) (w/ Joe Coffey).

– Mandy Rose vs. Fallon Henley.

– Kayden Carter vs. Nikkita Lyons.

– Damon Kemp vs. Brutus Creed (w/ Julius Creed).

– North American Championship Ladder Match Qualifier: Tony D’Angelo (w/ Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo) vs. Wes Lee.

– Cameron Grimes vs. Joe Gacy (w/ Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid). 

Live Coverage.

– Wade Barrett & Vic Joseph welcomed the audience to the broadcast before quickly transitioning into the opening segment.

– Ilja Dragunov made his way to the ring and cut a promo, being serenaded by “Welcome back” chants from the crowd. Dragunov said that the last time he was in NXT he walked in like a Gladiator and became a Czar to become the NXT UK Champion and emphasized that he came back to beat a unbeatable machine to claim, alluding to NXT Champion Bron Breakker before being interrupted by the #1 Contender for the NXT Championship JD McDonagh. JD called Dragunov a sneaky little rat for chasing him to America before pointing out that the last time they faced each other, he broke him to the point of vacating the NXT UK Championship. McDonagh told Dragunov that it was JD’s time and that he will end his career if he has to stop him one more time. Bron Breaker came out and welcomed Dragunov to NXT, but respectfully said that the NXT Championship will not be going anywhere. JD McDonagh came up with the idea that Breakker & Dragunov should face each other, but Breakker responded by telling McDonagh a 33.3% winning, a wonderful reference to Steiner Maths. Breakker then decided to challenge McDonagh & Dragunov in a Triple Threat match at Halloween Havoc.

– Security Guards split up Josh Briggs, Brooks Jensen, and Gallus ahead of their Pub Rules Match on the main event of the show. 

– There was a video vignette narrated by The Schism ahead of Joe Gacy’s match against Cameron Grimes later in the night, with Joe Gacy saying that Grimes will be all alone after their match. 

Mandy Rose (w/ Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) vs. Fallon Henley

Rose and Henley began the match locking up before Rose hit Henley with a waist takedown. Rose got Henley in a wrist lock, but Henley rolled out of the hold and got a headlock on Rose before hitting a shoulder tackle on Rose. Rose hit a cartwheel dropkick on Henley for a near fall. Rose slammed Henley to the mat, but Henley responded with a nasty overhead chop before hitting a reverse scissor kick and a sliding forearm strike on Rose for a near fall. Henley hit a back elbow on Rose and attempted a running cross-body, but Rose responded with a Fallaway Slam and two corner spears on Henley. Rose hit forearm strikes and an elbow strike on Henley’s neck for a near fall. Rose hit a Snap Suplex on Henley for a near fall. Rose locked Henley in an Abdominal Stretch, but Henley responded with elbow strikes before Rose turned the hold into a side flip-slam for a near fall. Rose got Henley in another Abdominal Stretch but Henley broke the hold with a hip toss. Henley hit two punches, a ripcord lariat, and a running elbow strike on Rose before Rose responded with a forearm strike on Henley’s face. Henley responded with a running bulldog on Rose for a near fall. Henley and Rose exchanged strikes before Rose tossed Henley of a face slam into a V-Trigger Knee Strike for the pinfall win. 

Winner: Mandy Rose (w/ Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne).

– Mandy Rose cut a promo after the match, saying that Alba Fyre was jealous she conquered two continents. Fyre cut a promo from titantron to say that she does not do verbal warnings as she is more of a visual talker. Fyre lit up a sign on the ground that read “And New” which Toxic Attraction reacted in awe.

– Apollo Crews cut a vignette after costing Grayson Waller his match against Oro Mensah, saying he was not done with Waller yet. A video of Waller with two burned eyes flashed during the vignettes. 

– Xyon Quinn confronted Ilja Dragunov backstage, with Quinn saying that Dragunov does not have what it takes to be a top champion. Dragunov called Quinn a “total mental moron” before challenging to a match for later in the night.

NXT North American Championship Ladder Match Qualifier Match.

Wes Lee (w/ Quinn “The King Crusher” Molitor) vs. Tony D’Angelo (w/ Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo).

Quinn “The King Crusher” Molitor joined Lee for the match. The two began the match locking up before D’Angelo tossed Lee across the ring from the lock-up. The two locked up again before D’Angelo leaned Lee into the corner. Lee leaped over D’Angelo before getting D’Angelo in a side headlock. Lee flipped over D’Angelo and attempted a drop toe-hold on D’Angelo, but D’Angelo punched Lee in the head. Lee hit a Body-Tijeras to toss him out of the ring. Stacks stopped Lee in his tracks before Lee hit a Tope Suicida on Stacks to the outside. Stacks teased attacking Lee before the referee kicked Stacks out of the match after pushing Lee and D’Angelo. The two locked up again before D’Angelo slammed Lee into the corner with a spear, followed by slamming Lee’s head into the middle turnbuckle and laying his boot on Lee’s head on the bottom turnbuckle. Lee kicked D’Angelo’s left leg, but D’Angelo responded with a knee strike on Lee’s abdomen before tossing him into the ring corner and hitting a deadlift back-body drop on Lee for a near fall. D’Angelo punched Lee’s abdomen before hitting a single under-hook suplex on Lee. D’Angelo hit an Irish Whip on Lee for a near fall before laying his boot on Lee into the mat. D’Angelo hit a second Irish Whip on Lee before kicking Lee’s abdomen. D’Angelo reversed Lee’s Tijeras attempted into a sideslam for a near fall before D’Angelo quickly locked in a chin-lock on Lee. D’Angelo broke the hold by hitting Lee’s back and slapping Lee in the face, but Lee sucked it up and slammed D’Angelo into the bottom turnbuckle. D’Angelo seemed injured after the slam on the turnbuckle, with the referee awarding Lee the win due to referee stoppage due to D’Angelo slamming his knee onto the mat. 

Winner: Wes Lee (via Referee Stoppage).

– Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams were interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell backstage but were interrupted by Oro Mensah, who told them that he looked forward to their match at Halloween Havoc. 

– There was a video vignette showing a day in the life of NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson). From waking up at 10 am, choosing a dope outfit, and going to the gym in a fashionable style.

Sol Ruca vs. Amari Miller.

The match began with Ruca getting Miller in a wrist lock, but Miller reversed it with a Kimura lock. Ruca reversed it with a sunset flip for a near fall. Miller flipped Ruca forward before Ruca laid in the strikes on Miller’s abdomen and hit the head scissors on Miller. Miller went for a hip toss on Ruca, but Ruca landed on her feet and hit a faceslam on Miller for a near fall. Ruca went for another sunset flip, but Miller turned it into a pin for a near fall. Ruca did a back flip over Miller from the top rope before hitting Miller with a shotgun dropkick for a near fall. Miller hit a leg lariat on Ruca for a near fall. Miller got Ruca in a double-arm headlock on Ruca before hitting her into a Monkey Flip, but Ruca responded with an arm drag, a lariat, and a running dropkick on Miller. Ruca hit a front flip corner splash followed by a flipping double leg drop on Miller’s back for the pinfall win. 

Winner: Sol Ruca.

– Joe Coffey headbutted a security guard for no reason ahead of Wolfgang & Mark Coffey’s match Pub Rules Match against Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen later in the night. 

Cameron Grimes vs. Joe Gacy (w/ Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid). 

The match began with the Grimes laying in the chest kicks on Gacy before Fowler & Reid pulled Gacy out of the ring. Gacy pulled Grimes out of the ring before laying in the strikes on Grimes don’t eh apron. Back in the ring, Grimes hit two shoulder tackles, a running knee, and a sliding kick on Gacy. Grimes hit a triangle Cannonball off the apron on Gacy over Reid & Fowler. Back in the ring, Gacy took down Grimes before stomping him down and hitting a DDT on Grimes for a near fall. Grimes laid in the punches and hit a high kick & a superkick on Gacy. Reid & Fowler distracted Grimes long enough to allow Gacy to recover and hit a flipping Lariat on Grimes for the pinfall win. 

Winners: Joe Gacy (w/ Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid).

– Grayson Waller was interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell backstage, saying he cannot allow Apollo Crews to make his eyes red. He revealed that Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade will be a part of the 2nd edition of The Grayson Waller next week. 

Nikkita Lyons (w/ Zoey Stark) vs. Kayden Carter (w/ Katana Chance).

Carter and Lyons locked up before Carter smacked Lyons in the gluteal area. Lyons got a waist lock on Carter, but Carter turned it into a headlock. Carter flipped over Lyons and taunted her before hitting a spinning upkick on Lyons. Lyons went for a Senton, but Carter evaded and hit a kick on Lyons’ head for a near fall. Lyons hit multiple strikes and a spinning heel kick on Carter before stomping down Carter, followed by a Flippping Hurricanrana on Carter. Lyons got Carter in a headlock, but Carter kicked Lyons in the head and got a crucifix on Lyons for a near fall, to which Lyons responded with a Michinoku Driver on Carter for a near fall. Carter hit a superkick on Lyons’ head before hitting a running boot on Lyons for a near fall. Lyons slammed Carter onto the top turnbuckle before hitting a spinning kick and the Split Leg Drop for the pinfall win. 

Winner: Nikkita Lyons (w/ Zoey Stark).

– In the latest Chase University vignette, Andre Chase revealed to Chase U that he earned a shot at an NXT Qualifying Match against Von Wagner. Dave (a reporter) asked Chase if he was ready to face Wagner despite never beating Wagner, to which Chase responded by cussing out Dave. 

– Nathan Frazier was in a video vignette promoting his match against Axiom, which will now be a North American Championship Ladder Match Qualifier for next week. 

Ilja Dragunov vs. Xyon Quinn

Dragunov and Quinn locked up, with Dragunov doing a front leg trip into a chin lock. Quinn tuned it into a chinlock, but Draguov tossed Quinn into the mat for a near fall before transitioning into a front face lock. Quinn ran the ropes, but Dragunov caught him with a headlock take down. Dragunov slapped Quinn in the head before getting him in an Abdominal Stretch, but Quinn pulled Dragunov’s head and hit a hip toss. Quinn laid in two body shots on Dragunov, but Dragunov responded with body chops. Quinn hit a double forearm strike on Dragunov followed by a side back breaker and a standing splash on Dragunov for a near fall. Quinn got Dragunov in a modified sleeper, but Dragunoc and Quinn exchanged slaps before Dragunov hit a leaping enziguri. Dragunov hit a slingshot discus lariat before hitting Quinn with a German Suplex, two knee strikes, two slaps a snap suplex, and a ground forearm strike on Quinn before hitting the Torpedo Moskau for the pinfall win.

Winner: Ilja Dragunov.

– Wendy Choo & Lash Legend cut dueling promos to promote their match for the 10/4/2022 edition of NXT. 

Damon Kemp vs. Brutus Creed.

Creed & Kemp brawled in the ramp before the two headed back in the ring. Brutus hit a gut wrench suplex on Kemp, but Kemp responded by launching Brutus on the top rope and locking Brutus in a Cravat. Brutus hit a back suplex on Kemp, but Kemp held on tight to the Cravat before slamming Brutus’ head onto the turnbuckle. Kemp hit a snap-mare into another cravat, but Brutus turned it into a body slam. Kemp slammed Brutus in the middle turnbuckle, but Brutus responded with a Pounce on Kemp, sending him to the outside. Kemp started attacking Brutus with a chair, awarding Brutus Creed with the disqualification win. Kemp told Julius Creed that if he wanted some, he can get some. 

Winner: Brutus Creed (via Disqualification).

– Sanga & Quincy Elliot were backstage, with Elliot telling Sanga to keep his head off after his match. Quincy Elliot confronted Xyon Quinn afterwards.

– Mandy Rose, Jacy Jayne & Gigi Dolin confronted Zoey Stark & Nikkita Lyons backstage before Alba Fyre burned the path between The two teams to even this out. Toxic Attraction retreated immediately afterward. 

Pub Rules Match.

Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) vs. Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen.

The two teams exchanged strikes to begin the match, with Wolfgang slamming Briggs’ head into the corner. Wolfgang hit Jensen with a rope before gauging Jensen’s eyes Briggs tossed a Trash can onto Coffey’s head. Back in the ring, Jensen & Briggs hit a double shoulder tackle on Wolfgang. Coffey and Jensen exchanged strikes, but Jensen responded with a leg lariat on Coffey while Briggs hit a lariat on Wolfgang. Gallus got a table from under the ring, but Jensen also got a table from under the ring and placed it in the ring corner. Briggs & Jensen got two steel chairs and started swinging on Wolfgang & Coffey before the two retreated to the outside of the ring. Gallus started tossing trash cans into the ring, but Jensen tossed them back out. Gallus tried to get back in the ring, but Briggs & Jensen caught them with a sliding dropkick. Briggs hit an atomic drop on Wolfgang, but Coffey hit Jensen with a forearm strike. Wolfgang slammed Jensen onto the ring post. On the apron, Jensen & Briggs exchanged strikes on the apron before Briggs hit a big boot on Wolfgang, but Coffey caught him with a vicious forearm strike. Gallus hit a leaping enziguri into a power slam on Briggs onto the ring floor. Coffey hit a knee trip on Jensen before Wolfgang hit a running senton Jensen for a near fall. Coffey hit a chair-assisted knee drop on Jensen for two near falls. Coffey hit a diving knee drop on Jensen before Wolfgang got a near fall on Jensen. Coffey tried to hit Jensen with a leather belt but instead hit a catapult into a forearm strike on Briggs. Wolfgang & Coffey started whooping Jensen & Briggs with leather belts to a disturbing visual and noise. Briggs & Jensen hit headbutts on Coffey & Wolfgang before laying in the leather belt shots on Gallus to a fast but nasty visual and sound. Jensen and Briggs hit sliding forearms trikes on Wolfgang & Coffey before slamming them with two glass jugs on the outside. Joe Coffey got to the apron, but Briggs and Jensen booted Joe into a table ringside and hit a double hip toss on Wolfgang onto a table in the corner. Jensen & Briggs placed a trash can on Mark Coffey before hitting him with a trash can-assisted Total Elimination (leg trip/ lariat combination) for the pinfall win. As Gallus brawled with referees, Security Guards & Florida Police, Josh Briggs, Brooks Jensen & Fallon Henley stood tall to end the broadcast. 

Winners: Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen.
