AEW Dynamite On 8/24 Draws Highest Total Viewership Since February, Grabs #1 Spot On Cable
Viewership numbers for the August 24 episode of AEW Dynamite are in.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, AEW Dynamite on August 24, which was built around CM Punk vs. Jon Moxley in a Championship unification match, drew 1,049,000 viewers. This number is up from last week’s episode which drew 957,000 viewers.
The show posted a 0.34 (444,000 viewers) in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is up from the 0.30 rating that the show posted last Wednesday.
This was Dynamite’s highest P18-49 viewership since July 6 and its highest total viewership since February 9.
Dynamite ranked #1 for the day on cable. Big Brother on CBS scored the top spot overall with a 0.87 rating. Dynamite has charted #1 seven out of the past nine weeks.
