– NXT UK Tag Team Championship Match: Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen (c) (w/ Fallon Henley) vs. Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) (w/ Joe Coffey).

Live Coverage.

– There was a video package highlighting NXT Heatwave 2022, where three championships were on the line, a Street Fight, and multiple debuts from NXT UK Wrestlers (results for the show here). Vic Joseph and Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before quickly transitioning to the opening segment. 

– NXT Champion Bron Breakker came to the ring to cut a promo. Breakker asked the crowd “WHERE MY DAWGS AT?!” Before praising JD McDonagh as one of the best wrestlers in the world. Breakker then called NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate to the ring and talk. Bate made his way to the ring ahead of his match against Von Wagner later in the night. The Big Strong Boi thanked Bron for the kind invitation and congratulated him on the win against McDonagh. Bate said that NXT UK was host to some of the best the business has to offer as the first and last NXT UK Champion, which said that there was no better way to welcome NXT Europe than by unifying the NXT UK Title and the NXT Championship. Breakker said that this was The NXT, where the biggest Superstars in the world are. Breakker accepted Bate’s challenge for a Title vs Title Match on NXT Worlds Collide. 

– There was a video package highlighting Gallus ahead of their NXT UK Tag Title Match against Champions Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen. 

– Lash Legend and Fallon Henley brawled backstage ahead of the NXT UK Tag Title Match before Briggs & Jensen pulled Henley off Legend. 

NXT UK Tag Team Championship Match.

Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen (c) (w/ Fallon Henley) vs. Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) (w/ Joe Coffey).

Wolfgang laid in the strikes on Briggs before Coffey laid in a forearm strike on Briggs. Briggs and Jensen hit double shoulder tackles on Coffey before Jensen hit a bulldog on Coffey for a near fall. Coffey and Wolfgang laid in forearm strikes on Jensen before Wolfgang got a side headlock on Jensen. Coffey hit a hook on Jensen’s abdomen before hitting a back elbow on Jensen. Wolfgang hit a snap mare on Jensen for a near fall. Jensen The four exchanged strikes before Gallus were sent out of the ring. Gallus talked strategy outside of the ring before Coffey tagged back in. Coffey got a waist lock on Briggs, but Briggs reversed it with short-hand shoulder tackles on Coffey. Briggs got a wrist lock on Coffey before transitioning into a pin for a near fall. Briggs hit an under hook on Coffey for a near fall. Briggs and Jensen hit a double bodyslam on Coffey for a near fall. Joe Coffey distracted the referee, which cause Mark Coffey to attack Jensen from behind. Coffey and Wolfgang hit a backslide/ knee drop on Jensen. Wolfgang stomped down Jensen before hitting multiple strikes and an uppercut on Jensen. Coffey hit a knee strike and a snap mare/ rear naked choke on Jensen. Wolfgang and Coffey continued to work on Jensen before hitting Jensen with a knee strike/ running senton on Jensen for a near fall. Coffey got Jensen in a Guillotine Choke, but Jensen reversed it with a back body drop. Briggs hit punches, on Wolfgang and Coffey, before hitting a side slam & a standing splash on Coffey. Lash Legend and Pretty Deadly came to ringside to brawl with Henley, Briggs, and Jensen. They were out long enough to give Gallus the count-out victory, but Briggs & Jensen retained the NXT UK Championships.

Winners: Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) (w/ Joe Coffey) (No Title Change).

– Diamond Mine attacked Gallus from behind after the match. Multiple security guards came to the ring to separate Gallus and Diamond Mine in absolute chaos. 

– Andre Chase welcomed Charlie Dempsey (William Regal’s son) to teach Catch’s Catch wrestling. Dempsey choked out Bohdi Hayward before telling Chase that his class was soft before telling Chase University to Google Billy Robinson as homework.

– Grayson Waller welcomed the audience to The Grayson Waller Effect, interrupted by chants of “Johnny Wrestling”. Waller said that he was receiving questions from Instagram before introducing his guest, Apollo Crews. Waller asked Crews how did it feel to be a clout chaser? Crews answered by saying he was born in NXT and said that he thought some people would love it and some people would hate it like Waller. Waller asked Crews if he had an accent, which Crews brought it back from out of nowhere. Crews said he was proud of his origin, but admitted that he was too focused on his past and forgot to focus on his future. Waller asked Crews what his visions were, to which Crews said that he was a visual thinker. Waller asked him where was he when Diamond Mine was attacked by Gallus. Waller asked Crews who did it feel to be run out by Waller, to which Crews responded how did it feel to “be a low-budget Miz?” to an enormous reaction from the crowd. Waller asked Crews how did it feel to be a flop on the Main Roster, to which Crews responded by saying that he was a champion on Mondays & Wednesdays and he would soon become a champion on Tuesdays. Crews hit a jab on Waller to stand tall. 

– Gallus, while being held back by security, challenged Pretty Deadly after they interrupted their NXT UK Tag Title Match. Pretty Deadly said that Gallus stealing their gimmick did not look that good on them. 

– There was a video vignette highlighting NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate, going from a 19-Year Old Kid to a 25-Year Old Man, saying he would hold the title on NXT Worlds Collide.

– Mr. Stone and Von Wagner were interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell, to which Wagner said he was a Big Strong Man to Bate’s Big Strong Boi. Wagner said that Bate would not make it to Worlds Collide after his match.

Javier Bernal vs. Cameron Grimes.

The Schism was in the Raven’s Nest for the match. Joe Gacy wished Grimes good luck before Grimes and Bernal locked up. Bernal hit a shoulder tackle on Grimes’ tight, but Grimes responded with an abdomen kick. Bernal slammed Grimes’ face into the middle turnbuckle before hitting a running bulldog for a near fall. Bernal got Grimes in a side headlock, but Grimes tossed Bernal to the mat with a flapjack. Grimes hit two forearm strikes, a knee strike, and a sliding dropkick on Bernal. Grimes hit a superkick on Bernal before connecting the Cave-On on Bernal for the pinfall win. Grimes stared daggers at Gacy after the match.

Winner: Cameron Grimes.

– There was a video package highlighting Blair Davenport ahead of her match against Indi Hartwell. 

– There was a video package highlighting Alba Fyre, saying she would not let anyone extinguish her flame. Fyre said she was a warrior and that she would do anything it takes to win to honor her ancestry in Scotland to NXT. 

Blair Davenport vs. Indi Hartwell

Blair and Indi locked up before Blair leaned Hartwell into the corner. Hartwell got Blair in a roll-up for a near fall before locking Blair in a side headlock. Indi hit a shoulder tackle on Blair before connecting another headlock. Indi got to the apron, but Blair caught her with a shotgun dropkick to the outside. Back in the ring, Blair caught Indi with a rope cutter on Indi. Blair hit a twisting cutter for a near fall. Blair got Indi in a modified headlock on Hartwell before quickly transitioning to a rear naked choke, but Indi slammed Blair into the mat. Hartwell hit a shoulder tackle, a lariat, and a spinebuster on Blair for a near fall. Indi Hartwell hit a running boot on Blair and claimed to the top rope, but Blair tossed Indi into the mat for a near fall. Hartwell got Blair in a small package for a near fall, but Davenport got Hartwell in a Brainbuster for the pinfall win. Davenport hit a V-Trigger on Hartwell after the match.

Winner: Blair Davenport.

– Blair Davenport cut a promo in the ring saying she was the #1 Contender for the NXT UK Women’s Championship but said that she would be satisfied by chasing the NXT Women’s Championship. NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose came to the ramp to introduce herself to Davenport, saying she was standing in her ring and her world. Rose said that in her world, everyone followed her lead. Rose said Davenport to put some respect in her name before being interrupted by none other than the NXT UK Women’s Champion, “The Final Boss” Meiko Satomura. Satomura said that Rose was not the most dominant women’s champion, because that was her. Satomura challenged Rose to a Title vs Title Match for Worlds Collide, but Davenport tried to get involved. Satomura agreed and instead suggested a Triple Threat Match for the NXT UK Women’s Title & NXT Women’s Title. 

– Tiffany Stratton was interviewed backstage before saying that the next Women’s Champion will have to worry about her, saying that she would do NXT a favor by removing Wendy Choo out of NXT,

– Tony D’Angelo and Channing ‘Stacks” Lorenzo confronted Joaquin Wilde, Elektra Lopez, and Cruz Del Toro. D’Angelo said that the future of the family starts with their next match.

– There was a video vignette of JD McDonagh being upside down and creepy.

– Wes Lee & NXT Women’s Tag Champions Kayden Carter & Katana Chance reacted to JD’s vignette and cringed before Carter and Chance said that they would face anyone and everyone that comes their way.

– Indi Hartwell cut a promo in the ring after losing her match against Davenport, saying that she was just saying words that don’t make sense. Then, from out of nowhere, a returning Dexter Lumis came to confront Indi Hartwell. The two embraced and kissed in the middle of the ring before walking out of the ring into the sunset. The happiness did not last as Lumis was arrested out of the arena before giving Indi a letter that read “Goodbye Indi”. The star-crossed lovers were encountered with a sad closing to their chapter.

– Cora Jade was interviewed backstage by McKenzie Mitchell before saying that the people who complained that Roxane Perez should have won the match had never dated a girl.

Legado Del Fantasma (Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde) vs. The Dyad (Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid) (w/ Joe Gacy)

Del Toro and Reid began the match, with Cruz hitting a Frankensteiner on Reid. Cruz hit an arm drag before Joaquin and Cruz hit Tope Suicidas on The Dyad. Cruz hit a crossbody on Rip Fowler for a near fall. Jagger Reid hit an enziguri kick on Cruz before hitting a shotgun dropkick on Wilde. Rip Fowler hit a tope suicida on Wilde to the outside. Rip and Reid hit a backbreaker/ crossbody combo on Cruz to the outside. Cruz hit a double Enziguri kick on Fowler before Wilde tagged in. Wilde hit a top rope senton on Reid, a wheelbarrow arm drag, an arm drag on Reid, and a tornado DDT on Reid. Legado Del Fantasma hit a double suplex on Reid for a near fall. Wilde got Reid in a crucifix for a near fall. Reid hit a dropkick on Wilde before connecting an assisted Codebreaker on Wilde for the pinfall win. Cameron Grimes watched the match from the rafters. 

Winners: The Dyad (Jagger Reid & Rip Fowler) (w/ Joe Gacy).

– Security Guard Hank Walker confronted Javier Bernal for talking trash to a random woman backstage. Bernal said he can do anything he wants before walking out of the shot. Walker then called Bernal a prick.

– Wilde, Lopez & Cruz Del Toro were in the NXT Parking Lot before being confronted by Santos Escobar in a Chevy. Escobar picked up Legado Del Fantasma before they all left the NXT Parking Lot. 

Tyler Bate vs. Von Wagner (w/ Mr. Stone).

Bate and Wagner began the match with Wagner tossing Bate into the bottom rope. Bate got Wagner in a headlock before colliding with Wagner. Wagner got Bate in a wrist lock lift, but Bate hit a forearm strike, a punch, a dropkick, and an uppercut on Wagner, who responded with a big boot and corner splash on Bate. Wagner hit Bate with a Gorilla Press Slam on Bate before Wagner got Bate in a rear naked choke. Bate hit a punch, and uppercut, and tried to hit the Tyler Driver 97, but Wagner reversed it with a back breaker and a fall-away slam on Bate. Wagner stomped down Bate before pulling him from the hair. Wagner went for a second gorilla press, but Bate evaded and hit Wagner with an enziguri kick and a tope suicida. Back in the ring, Wagner went for a powerbomb, but Bate hit a series of strikes on Wagner, but Wagner caught him with a short-hand lariat for a near fall. Wagner hit a knee drop before attempting a Death Valley Driver, but Bate responded with the bate Lariat. Wagner went for a choke slam, but Bate responded with a Stop-Punch, a flipping kick, and an Exploder Suplex on Wagner. Bate hit the Spinning Boi Splash for the pinfall win. 

Winner: Tyler Bate.

– Diamond Mine were backstage revealing that they will face Gallus in a Six-Man Tag Match. Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen confronted Diamond Mine before saying that after they were done with Gallus, they should see who is the best tag team in NXT, teasing a title unification match for the NXT UK Tag Titles & NXT Tag Titles.

Lights Out Match.

Wendy Choo vs. Tiffany Stratton.

Choo and Stratton began the match exchanging strikes before Choo hit a leaping kick on Stratton. Choo hit Stratton with a Tenis Rack before dumping trash on Stratton. Choo placed a trash can on Stratton before hitting Stratton with the Tennis racket. Choo hit a corner spear on Stratton before hitting a Helluva Kick on Stratton in the corner. Outside of the ring, Stratton hit Choo with a toolbox in the abdomen. Choo placed the trash can in the middle turnbuckle. Choo hit a knee strike and a lariat on Stratton before hitting an overhead suplex on Stratton. Stratton slammed Choo into the trash can before tossing Choo into the stairs. The two continued to exchange strikes outside of the ring before Choo hit Stratton with the Yeti in the head. Choo then brought a whole bed through the ramp, slamming it into Stratton. Stratton hit Choo with a steel chair multiple times in the back. Choo slammed Stratton into the apron. Choo and Stratton got back in the ring, but Stratton caught Choo with a power slam for a near fall. Stratton placed a chair on Choo and attempted a moonsault, but Choo evaded, leading to Stratton falling into the mat. Choo hit a brainbuster on Stratton into a chair for a near fall. Choo got a tool on Stratton and tried to choke Stratton, but Stratton broke the hold by spraying Choo in the head with Pepper Spray. Stratton hit Choo with a Powerbomb into the Trash can for a near fall. Choo slammed Stratton into the mat before going outside and picking up a pillow. Choo hit Stratton with the pillow, which was unveiled to have Legos. Stratton tried to hit a German SUplex on Choo, but Choo held on to the rope. Stratton hit a Fall Away slam on Choo before hitting a body slam on Choo into the Legos. Stratton hit a double-stomp on Choo for a near fall. Stratton got her purse and got Make-Up Powder, but Choo kicked the power into Stratton’s face before hitting a full-nelson Uranage into the bed. Choo got Stratton back in the ring and hit a Splash on Stratton for the pinfall win. 

Winner: Wendy Choo.

– Tyler Bate and Bron Breakker signed their contracts backstage to make their match for the NXT Championship and NXT UK Championship at World Collide official. Meiko Satomura, Mandy Rose & Blair Davenport also signed their contracts to make their Triple-Threat Match to unify the NXT Women’s Championship & NXT UK Championship official.
