Gunn Club vs. Varsity Blonds Announced For 8/17 AEW Dynamite, Updated Card
Billy Gunn says his sons need to toughen up, and they’ll have the opportunity to impress him next week.
On the August 12 episode of AEW Rampage, Colten and Austen Gunn defeated Danhausen and Erick Redbeard, the duo known as Beardhausen, thanks to a timely assist from Billy. After the match, the veteran scolded his sons and said he misses The Acclaimed. He stated that his sons aren’t doing what he taught them, but he noted that they can prove themselves during their match on AEW Dynamite.

After Billy’s harsh message, Stokely Hathaway offered his business card to Austin and Colten, but they walked away. Later in the show, the broadcast team confirmed that the Gunn Club will face the Varsity Blonds (Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison) on AEW Dynamite.
