AEW Files Two Trademarks Related To The Blackpool Combat Club

AEW has filed for two new trademarks. 

On July 20, AEW filed to trademark the name of “Blackpool Combat Club” and the logo for the group for merchandise purposes, and more.

The BCC is the faction consisting of Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, and Claudio Castagnoli. The group is managed by William Regal, who is a native of Blackpool, England.Full descriptions: 

The mark consists of the word “BLACKPOOL” above the words “COMBAT CLUB,” with the words “COMBAT CLUB” displayed within brackets, and all of which is displayed in a stylized font.

Mark For: BLACKPOOL COMBAT CLUB trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of beanies; Hats; Hoodies; Shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts; T-shirts.

Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a group or individual wrestlers; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a group or individual wrestlers; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer

Currently, Jon Moxley is the interim AEW World Champion. Meanwhile, Claudio is the Ring of Honor World Champion, and Wheeler is the Ring of Honor Pure Champion. Bryan Danielson will make his return to action on Wednesday, July 27. Learn more here.
