D-Von Dudley Returns To Work At NXT Following Back Surgery
D-Von Dudley is back at work.
D-Von took to social media to announce that he returned to work at NXT on Tuesday. It was his first day back at WWE, and his first day in his new role at NXT, since undergoing back surgery in October.
Dudley previously served as a producer on the main roster.
This pass Tuesday night was the first time back at work since my back surgery that took me out last October. Feeling great and Glad to be back, but even more glad to be back in my new role in NXT. Love working with the new talent now. I thank God for this opportunity.

During his time away, Dudley co-hosted his Table Talk podcast, but the podcast came to an end at the end of May as D-Von was gearing up for his new job in NXT.
One of the most decorated tag team wrestlers in history, D-Von hasn’t wrestled since 2016, but has joked about returning for an appearance in the WWE Royal Rumble.
