New IMPACT X Division Champion Crowned At IMPACT Slammiversary
A new X-Division Champion has been crowned.
“Speedball” Mike Bailey captured the IMPACT X-Division Championship at IMPACT Slammiversary, securing the belt in an Ultimate X match that also featured Kenny King, Ace Austin, Alex Zayne, Trey Miguel, and Andrew Everett, who replaced Jack Evans.
The finish saw Bailey kick Austin, who entered the bout as champion, off the cables, leaving him alone to get the title.

This marks the first reign as IMPACT X-Division Champion for Bailey. Austin won the title at IMPACT Rebellion. His reign lasted 58 days and included three successful title defenses as well as representing IMPACT as the X Division Champion in the NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament.
