Batista Underwent Surgery For Torn Quad And Meniscus Earlier This Year

Dave Bautista recently underwent surgery to repair a torn quad tendon and a torn meniscus.

WWE Hall of Fame Elect, Dave Bautista has not wrestled since WrestleMania 35 and does not plan to wrestle ever again. Throughout the 10-year main portion of his wrestling career, Batista suffered several injuries, some of which forced him to relinquish World Championships. These days, Batista is still chasing his dreams only now, he is more centered around the world of Hollywood.

Recently saying goodbye to the role of Drax the Destroyer in Guardians of the Galaxy, Batista shared on Instagram earlier this month that he recently had to undergo surgery to repair a torn quad and a torn meniscus. 

Exactly 14 weeks post surgery for a torn quad tendon and torn meniscus. Thanks to @wilk_kevin Dr @bentonemblom and @heatherprahl_at I was able to keep on truckin .. And now I think its safe to say that I’M BACK IN BINESS! —-
