IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship Changes Hands At NJPW Capital Collision

And new!

On May 14 at NJPW Capital Collision, the main event saw Hiroshi Tanahashi put his IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship on the line in a four-way bout against Jon Moxley, Will Ospreay, and Juice Robinson.

The match, which featured numerous near falls, ultimately came to an end after Juice pushed the referee so that he could hit a low blow on Will Ospreay. This allowed him to hit one last move and score the win. With his victory, Juice becomes a three-time IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion.

After the match, Robinson got on the microphone and said that he’s done being referred to as flamboyant, instead, saying that he’s rock hard. He added that Bullet Club is about to hit heights they never reached before and that life is too sweet.

Robinson lied to “a bunch of gullible idiots” in April when he said he was finished with NJPW at the end of the month and didn’t have the urge to wrestle anymore. He immediately returned to NJPW at Wrestling Dontaku on May 1, attacking Hiroshi Tanahashi and joining Bullet Club.
