Jimmy Uso DUI Arrest Video Shows Exchange With Cop, Uso Has Completed Courses Related To Incident
New footage has been released related to Jimmy Uso’s DUI arrest in July 2021.
In the footage, Uso (Jonathan Fatu) has an exchange with a Pensacola Police Dept. officer after he is pulled over for allegedly speeding and running a red light.
After Uso exits the car and is about to be given field sobriety tests, the following exchange occurs:
Officer: I’m hoping you beat it this time, too
Uso: Are you serious?! Are you serious?! Why would you say that? I just — it’s all good.
Uso: That’s crazy, right? He didn’t have to say that s***.
Officer: The nice thing?
Uso: The nice thing?! Bro, you don’t need to say the s*** you’re saying. I get it. I’ve been here. Let’s do it.
Uso: You’re an a***hole. You’re the one that’s worse. You had a remark — you made a remark you shouldn’t have did.
Officer: I think you misunderstood. So, I’m sorry. I was actually being nice. But, I’m sorry.
Uso was arrested for misdemeanor DUI after he allegedly failed the field sobriety tests and blew a .202 and .205 during the arrest.
According to court docs, Uso agreed to plead no contest to the charge.
As part of the agreement, TMZ was told Jimmy was required to complete several courses related to the incident. A source close to Uso told TMZ those classes were completed earlier this month. WWE has confirmed to Fightful that those courses were completed.
Jimmy is one-half of the reigning WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions alongside his brother Jey Uso.
