Kenny Omega: I Could Show Up In December And Win Wrestler Of The Year, The Bar Is Shockingly Low

Many fans view Kenny Omega as the reigning Wrestler of the Year given his run in 2021 and he took home the award from the majority of outlets and publications.

Omega hasn’t wrestled since Full Gear 2021 and it is unknown when he will return to the ring after undergoing multiple surgeries for a myriad of issues.

2022 is nearly a quarter over and Wrestler of the Year chatter will continue to pick up as the calendar moves into December. By that time, multiple wrestlers should have made their case for the year. Omega believes he can show up in December and put together a one month stretch that leads him to winning the award again given the performers of his peers this year.
