The match name takes inspiration from the ECW High Incident event that took place in 1996. GCW promoter Brett Lauderdale even tweeted out an image from the main event of that show, which was a Scaffold Match between Tommy Dreamer and Brian Lee. The match graphic features scaffolding and tables, implying that the match could be similar to Dreamer and Lee’s famous encounter.
